The budget for NCAA football is far greater than the money allocated to the NHL franchise. It also requires contractual agreements, which im sure this franchise is not willing to do. The game is currently on a monetary decline. So anything that would be needed $ wise, to implement this. Is never going to happen. Also the market. NCAA is primarily US based, where the NHL franchise is universal.
