The biggest problem I have right now is reverse hitting, because it automatic. Basically, last night we played a team in Club Finals that had one big guy, and he would just run through everyone...but there's ZERO way he was doing it through controller inputs...there was no delay whatsoever. Just bang bang, no animation reset or anything of that ilk.
I've tested this dozens of times, it's impossible to reverse hit twice manually in very rapid succession without at least the animation resetting basically missing the second guy.

Reverse hit is very op and needs to be addressed. Only thing we do is if we see teams or players with obvious Truculence or other attributes we go ENF build and let's go !!
