Changing the game sliders dont effect anything at all, this game is not to realistic, hitting assist, poke check/stick lift and passing assist, if you change them doesnt fix itor make it more accurat...

The game is absolute trash. Just went through the same thing. Adjust the sliders, so they stop poke checking so aggressively. And the hits to be less. Turned down the cpu literally down to 0.
Very first game in, the cpu is charging and hitting my guys after the pass so unrealistic, the poke checks still came aggressively if not worse. And if felt like my players are dancing and sliding while the cpu just glides around me. Game is complete trash always will be.
