Not many people get banned unless you REALLY cross the line. (I'm proof of that as I've likely gone over the line a few times) as long as you're at least trying to be constructive, you're gonna be fine.
I saw your other post about BAP. Unfortunately there is no way to play your full junior season. You can play the select games in junior and the WJs but then you're drafted. I don't play much offline, but I know a lot of people have been a bit disappointed with the mode, and really the system in place that grades your on ice play. I could be wrong, but I don't see it getting a lot of love for a few years as they seem to cycle which mode they polish next.
I have seen a handful of posts asking for them to bring back the ability to play through juniors, maybe one day they will. If you're looking to play in juniors it would likely be best just to play an older version of the game. The gameplay imo has gotten better in some areas and worse in others so it won't be too bad to play an older game.
I don't remember the exact game they removed the ability to play your full juniors season. I think 19 was the game I played the most and I believe it had a full junior mode if memory serves me right. It also had a training camp mode that I typically had my friends play so they could get the buttons down before playing.
Fwiw if you don't have all of the past NHL games, you could snag EA play and you would have access to all of the past games for as long as you have the sub and get a discount if you wanted to buy one and cancel the sub. Then you could best choose which version you like most (even if the differences are a bit minor)
If you're struggling with anything else lemme know!
