There wouldn’t be a community if the game was truly terrible. I’m one of the few people here who actually post real in-game clips to back up what I say. Meanwhile, others write novels about how their “elite hockey IQ” was somehow betrayed by the game, yet when asked for a simple clip (which takes five seconds to capture on any console), it’s nothing but silence, excuses, and “you’re just an EA shill.” (with the exception of mikeq67​ - shout out to them for actually following up with in-game examples)

Cringe at me all you want. At least I’m showing my work. I post videos because I believe people can learn something from them. I take time to answer DMs, walk players through mechanics, and help them improve in HUT or WoC. I’m not here to vent — I’m here to help people understand the game.

So what exactly are you doing for the community? Tearing people down? Spreading negativity toward the one of the only people actually trying to make things better?

Do your thing, bro — but don’t confuse complaining with contributing.

If posting actual gameplay clips and trying to help people understand mechanics looks like “being on the payroll,” that probably says more about the state of this community than it does about me.
