So we can have licensed songs for a soundtrack and they those songs play when your on the ice. But, we can’t get goal songs licensed or crowd routines or celebrations during a goal added? Cmon man!
And again, can you fix it so the cpu will take a freaking penalty every once in a while? Man this is crazy

Songs are the property of the artist/band (or record label). EA would have to pay for the use of each one. Depending on the bands and what they want to charge, that could be very expensive. I'd guess it's just too much money to invest for what is basically just a short clip of the song.
I’d rather have the goal songs and they get rid of the soundtrack. Just me though
