Goalie flaw.

I have seen this so many times in games i have played. Whether i score. Or my opponent does. The goalies catching glove, is face down. Its not the norm on how actual NHL goalies use their glove. Its always facing up, creating a tougher area for a shooter to shoot at. Isnt the EA motto. EA its in the game. Somehow the devs missed that meeting.
