Roster update

Hi there. Roster updates typically come out every couple of weeks. We'll have to wait and see if one is released this week.

EA_Aljo​ Is it unlikely any face scans will be added with the next roster update? Will we have to wait for NHl 27? I'm currently working on compiling a master list of every player with a face(weather authentic scan or AI)  vs. generic in the entire game and who needs/deserves a scan one for 2027. I know the community will appreciate it and I hope the development team finds it useful as well! They've done really well adding so many the last two seasons and if they keep it going they'll evenly phase out generics completely! I know it's hard with younger players and licensing but anyone in the league for a year or two should really have their likeness and face. Thank you as always.

Hey there. I definitely get the frustration with this. I can assure though that we are aware of the players that don't have face scans. We get as many as we can. We'll have to wait and see which are added in the future.

EA_Aljo​ Thank you for the response, no worries , one thing I would hope they would be able to fix in the latest  roster update at the very least is Connor Bedards hair, they haven't had the right hair for him which should be sticking out the back of his helmet for years. He's one of the faces of the modern game and should look like himself. Meanwhile Wyatt Johnstons hair is  way too long and not dark enough. These are two of the young superstars of the league and should look like themselves. Please pass along to the development team.  Thanks again 

EA_Aljo​ if the development team is struggling to give the right hair and even color can you please let us know why we cannot assign ourselves  generic hair styles to any player as many change the style often? Why can we change their facial hair style but not the hair style? Doesn't make sense, It shouldn't be locked up like that.

EA_Aljo​ It's confirmed that many players in the game had their previous face scan hair removed and swapped in with a generic hairstyle for example Tage Thompson, Rasmus Dahlin Bowen Byrum, all three of the Hughes brother, Clayton Keller snd many many more. In fact, the amount of players with their face skin hair original is actually less than scanned players with generic styles. Hopefully this is his way of allowing us moving forward to put any hairstyle on any player, whether AI generated scan or real full scan. Please confirm this info with the community. Thank you
