High skill level plus additions from X-factor

Couldn’t find a direct answer on this, so I was curious if the X-factors will affect abilities even beyond a skill level of 99? e.g. if my stick checking is 99 and I put on red stick em up am I stil...

Hi there. XFs can take an attribute over 99.

So I increased my shot power attribute to 97 for a few games last night. I didn’t register one single shot over 104.7 MPH.

So I can confirm the Elite 1T and Rocket X Factors don’t take the shot power attribute over 99 because if they did then I would be able to register shots above 104.7
