Can't send messages to mods and other issues

Nothing happens for me but the send graphic is switched to the loading button and then nothing else ...

I'm trying to get in touch with EA_Aljo for advice on a post I got in trouble for lol.

The other issues I have mentioned in the title are dependant on the message I sent to the mod who rightfully had the issue with my original post is answered or not . If EA_Aljo is reading this and you did not get a message from me please contact me to check on my edited version of the original post is not going to have me in more trouble lol...thanks.
