How am I suppose to get 75 form score?

it really doesn't matter how long the periods are. if your on offense and don't score, your AI teammates will allow the other AI to steal the puck and score while your player is on the ice, killing your defensive score plus not scoring means form score plummets. then if you have a defenseman and don't score, but get a B or higher in overall coaches score, your form score plummets still. it's a no win scenario unless you score at least 1-2 goals, have at least 2 points, and are above in +/- EVERY GAME which is unrealistic. I think the only thing this recent patch did was kinda help with the health/fatigue and a microscopic reduction for the form score but it still is very very heavy on scoring goals and points
