Game Freezing And Crashing

Question

Played a few games or tried to of Hut and the game froze during the 1st period. I was winning until the game got blurry, froze and then crashed. Sadly it won’t let me get video since it dashboards. There are numerous reports of this happening. Few opponents mentioned the same issue. This was the 5th post I seen of this. Again we can’t get video due to the freezing.

Games become a mess for the price paid for sadly. Any chance of a refund? Where do I go from there? I enjoy hockey but this games too much to deal with these bugs.

Happened to my team in the EASHL playoffs as well, they just refuse to fix this.

You'll need to contact the seller for a refund - I don't know about Microsoft but Sony usually allows a "One time gesture of good will" if you haven't requested one in a while. Of course, playtime will most likely factor into it.

Its happened to me more than 10 times. Finish a period. Go to start the next one. And the ice surface is deplete of players. Crowd movement. Sounds heard. But no teams on the ice. Have to end up quitting the game, losing any all that you have obtained. Objectives, etc. Have sent in several vids. But no reply as to an explanation. Nor that the devs are aware of it.
