How does one is supposed to get Form Factor 75 ?

I understand you have to fight for your ice time but if you pick medium simulation (supposed to be 3 -4 shift a period), you get about 3 to 4 minutes of total ice time. Most of the time I get benched...

I assume the be a pro isn't meant to be played on just 3 or 4 minute shift periods.

Why have the option of Fast / Medium / Real time if only Real time is the viable option ? I got benched for 2 consecutive period. Why dressed me to play at all ? Just let me do some meaningful minutes in the AHL and improved my Pro instead of playing 3-4 minutes a games. It's ridiculous.
