Submitted a case to EA about the inconsistent playing performance with Chel26!! Just because Im currently a Plt2 doesn't mean the Drpin feature should put me in z lobby with a 17k and 15k against a team of Golds.. Then when we lose i lose over 500rp easily. Also pointed out the passing is STILL broken! From one game to another you don't know if your passes will be on point or off and bogus!!
What is the typical response time from EA after asking?

As far as ranks go, unfortunately, rank is not used as part of matchmaking so it's possible to have teams match up with highly differing ranks.
I too never know about the passing agreed with Mikeymike2017. One pass your on. Next your pass is so SLOW!!!!,. so inconsistent. Passing definitely needs to be fix. N I have 86 pass with gold tape to tape. It a absolute joke at times.
Most of this game is bad. The hitting is terrible, you will skate in and have a big hit lined up and then bounce off the player. On the other hand you will have barely any contact and the player will drop like a fly. The passing system is all jacked up and alot of times unresponsive, as is the shooting. This game needs to be cut down to the foundation and just rebuilt. Any updates on this game are just going to drive it further and further downhill.
Using manual at the moment. TWF: 87 Passing, TWD: 90 passing, SNPR: 89 Passing.
I also use Sudden Death - Enf (pre-build w/83 Passing and they ALL are inconsistent. Sudden Death sure but even that build is consistent.
Stats: Gms Plyd 587, +/- 676 BUT that stat has decreased considerably over past month!! Was s Plat2 out of the gate and now "Under 21K!!"..
Last 2 seasons consistantly Plat1/Diamond plyr..
Guess my question is what has changed because the game experience is not that great!! Is this because of the Acquisition??
