Injury before playoffs twice

Hello. Injuries were added in the last update. You should be able to see them. Did you download the 1.3.0 patch? The feed was updated to show the following:

Message Center
Player & Pick Trading
Signings
Contract Renewals
Player Injuries
Waiver Declarations
Waiver Claims
NHL Team Call Up
AHL Team Assignment

It's for sure frustrating your player got injured before the playoffs. There's nothing built in to the game to force that to happen. Are you able to go back to a previous save to before the injury occurred?
