Missing pack after opening
Hello,
Yesterday at approximately 12:00 AM (midnight, CET), I purchased a HUT pack in NHL 26 for 6,600 NHL Points. The NHL Points were successfully deducted from my account; however, the pack never appeared in my HUT inventory.
I have already taken the following steps:
- Restarted the game
- Restarted the console
- Checked the Inbox and Unassigned Items
Unfortunately, the pack is still missing.
Could you please review the purchase logs and either grant the missing pack to my account or refund the NHL Points?
