Need a match ping differential.

 I’m in Newfoundland Canada on the east coast and get 40 ping which is whatever. The main problem is the server is in Montreal and I play Montreal players on less than 5 every game. Why can you set the ping between certain ranges. Either that or a server needs to be further east. Playing people living right on top of a server while I have delay just makes me not want to play this game especially HUT.
