I didn’t know EA charged for X-factors since I received all of them for free throughout the seasons. I understand charging for pre-builds (I also got all of them for free) but for X-factors?!?! Wow! That’s just pure corporate creed.
I only buy the basic standard version of this game now. I refused to pay more to play a few days earlier and for useless HUT stuff when I’ve never have and never will play that mode.
Whats next? EA monetization of equipment like CCM sticks and skates? Monetization of the customization of my WOC appearance and name? If it gets to that then that’ll be the death of the community and WOC.
Yeah things need to change in this perspective. This game mode should have never been put into this direction given the amount of community feedback. They really need to watch a Twitch stream, and take in the comments that the viewers express and they will see the difference. I could even see if they allowed coins for us to obtain X Factors. Other games do this for a secondary option so F2P is involved... unfortunately you have to pay for points and that is the only way to get any of these currently.
