NHL 26 Be A Pro Reveal

My problem is I am skeptical that a bunch of people asked for the storylines/dialogue, while it is pretty obvious a bunch of people are incensed that full junior seasons aren’t being added again. And it will be more difficult to implement full junior seasons (and more - washouts of NHL in European leagues, all star games, international play later, etc.) as they can break the structured programming of the storyline.

I think they should have built a solid base with all I mentioned in the last paragraph initially without the storylines/dialogue. Then if they insisted on having storylines/dialogue they should have built on that solid base.

I am sure that it is a lot of intense programming, however how is a scripted storyline letting you build and create your legacy over a game mode from 2011 - 2012 that allows you to start from the beginning and dictate your path in your career and legacy.

The predetermined state that this mode has seemly been putting your player in, essentially removes that and actually takes away form the overall story of the player you created. Whereas, a game from 2012 was able to do that. That is where my disconnect is.  This isn't even a 2k hockey game. It's their own game and a trailer from 2012 outperforms the 2026 trailer.. 

To some degree I can see a bit of a difference if they implement anything to do with the Europe leagues but last I checked there is no Be a Pro mode/careers solely centred around those leagues... I could be wrong though.. Its the decision to remove your ability to create your story and force you to enjoy the ones they are insisting you play... 

EA_Aljo​ Please tell the marketing team that we want to see something about the specific moments tunnel Walkouts before the game is released. I really want to see one or two short videos about it. 

EA_Aljo​ Can you please tell David Pritchett that the goalies finally need to get more love in the pre-game intro? What's so hard about adding a few new lines to the game? You can even present the goalies even better now. Here would be a line, for example, that the starting goalies are presented by NHL Edge.  

Will we get to negotiate contracts in be a pro, also will we get to choose between offers in free agency or just get auto signed like nhl 25.

EA has confirmed that there will not be any contract negotiations but I imagine there will be differing offers in free agency. 

the nerve to joke about not changing your full-priced games career mode for five straight releases is actually insane, you guys are so detached from reality

Admittedly I agree that BAP should've got alot of love cause they hadn't seen anything in 5 years which one again goes back to my assertion that adding all the different modes is why stuff like this happens! Having said that Franchise/Creation/Gameplay should ALWAYS get plenty of love regardless,every year.
