NHL 26 EASHL MM BROKEN WITH HUMAN GOALIE

Starting this to hopefully get eyes on the matchmaking with a human goaltender on your team. Been trying for 3 straight days and trying to play as a goaltender with my team is not possible. The mm always errors out after about 5 mins and we have to restart. Have not played a game as goalie yet. Switching to a forward/d works in about 1 min or less and we can join games fine.

And NO - before you keyboard warriors say "its bc there are no goalies" that would be true if turning on Drop in players doesnt populate a goalie immediately. However playing 6v6 with randoms who troll is not fun. Allow me to play goalie without the mm breaking everytime we try to search.

EA_Aljo no, just turning on drop-in goalies, we still never match with another team. the ONLY time we find a team when im in the goalie slot, is if we turn on FULL drop ins including players, then it will be a game 6v6 with a goalie on both teams. But 6v6 is a horrible experience with randoms becuase of the amount of trolling and lack of ability to boot people. and we should not be forced to do so as a small club. I believe there is something broken with "allow drop-in goalies" option specifically, or just searching with a human goaltender in general.

Are you able to find games as a goalie in drop-ins?

No idea, it seems to be the case with multiple people in my friend group. We have most of our group on PS5 playing out or around Toronto ON, and some on XBOX. We have tried literally every single matchmaking option you have in the game - i.e Allow drop in goalie, dont allow drop in goalie, strict, relaxed, etc etc. Crossplay IS on - we havent tried turning it off, should we?
Other then that I dont have much more to go off on other then I would love to play goalie and cant because it always runs aprox 5-6 mins then the queue errors out. Ive managed to get into 1 game as a human goaltender since installing on Friday.
Again info for me specifically
PS5, Toronto (use relaxed setting but also tried strict), NAT is open (never have issues finding games when i switch to RW or any other position), Crossplay = Enabled.

Hey there. I ran some games over the weekend with human goalies so we'll need to try to find out why this is happening for you. I'm assuming there are others experiencing it as well, but haven't come across those reports yet. Which console are you on? What region are you in? Also, do you have crossplay enabled? Thanks!

We dont even care if the other team has a human goalie. Just let me play it and match into a game. This has been broken since this dev team decided it was a good idea to remove matchmaking settings for club size and goaltenders
