Just bought this game thinking I’d be playing with the actual team but there hasn’t been an update since May. We’re over a week into the season and there’s no update since May. I feel like I got ripped off on this game. Even the May update doesn’t have the proper players from that time. When is there gonna be an update?
The actual Roster is from 6nd October. But still the Rookies are not in the game. Still waiting for an Update....
Community ManagerPlayers need to play their first NHL shift before being able to be added to a roster. We also need to have the player's rights to use them in the game.
There are player cards in this game. European players for example. Who have not played a shift in the NHL. Perhaps you meant to say. They need to be drafted or acquired by an NHL team. The players I identified can be used in roster play. Also. There are players drafted by NHL teams, that have been acquired to play in the AHL, ECHL, Etc. That have not played a shift in the NHL. Yet. Their cards are in this game. The need to play a shift in the NHL to be on the roster. IS NOT CORRECT.
Just to understand rosters for an initial season in BAP. Hypothetically, let’s say in real life Ovi gets traded to the LA in the offseason, your Oct 6 roster update would have Ovi with the Kings. However.....
If I begin a new BAP season and begin in either CHL or Europe tourney, Ovi would not be with LA because it reverts back to Jan of 2025 when he was still with the Caps. So you can go thru the World Jrs, tourney, draft, offseason and when it comes to the start of a new season, Ovi would still be with Washington?
If I wanted to play a BAP with Ovi in LA, I would have to start in the NHL and not go thru the worlds, tourney, and draft?
Is my understanding correct? If it’s not, how can I start a BAP and go thru the entire tourney and still have Ovi in La?
This are no roster updates, only data update cause none of the new added players have their headshot pic. Massive black silhouettes need to be updated, massive old one need to be changed. Every year the same mess.
