So again no game play fixes I see. No fixes for the worst goalies in the history of the franchise, no fix for the absurdly late hits in EASHL and nothing to stop the L2 spammers. This dev team continues to be out of touch with what the community wants and are incompetent. Also BRING BACK MATCH MY TEAM SIZE in matchmaking like we had in NHL 24 before you guys removed it for no good reason in NHL 25
Goalies are amazing both human and CPU stop some unreal shots. Yes CPU goalies are prone to certain goals but if you are giving up those type of shots that is on you.
Are you serious the goalies don't know how to play the position. They come out to challenge and when they do that you skate past them and put it in an empty net. They constantly move off the post even when there is no chance for the player with the puck to go in front of the net and once he does that you just put it short side where he moved from. Sure sometimes they make great saves on one timers but that is about it. They knock it into there own goal more times than I can count as well. I play 3's in EASHL not 6's so sure if you play 6's with all the guys on the ice there will be a far less chance of scoring just because of the lack of space not because the goalies are good. Rebound control is also god awful, a puck hardly moving will hit his pad and bounce right to an opposition player with an open net, the goalie could easily just grab it with his glove.
Don't bother asking for a video of any of this, many people have posted videos of how bad the goalies are.
For every bad goal that happens I can post saves the goalie has no right stopping too. But watching many of these videos also shows me how awful their defensive play is too. Yeah and also you play 3s that isn't a hockey game that is just breakaway city and everyone knowing how to work over the AI goalies. Yes I refuse to play 3s because it isn't hockey in the slightest overall. If goalies were gods in 3s imagine how godlike they would be in 6s.
