Community ManagerCan you get some video showing the UI being extremely laggy? It's obviously not quick, but it shouldn't be extremely laggy. That sounds like it could be a connection issue which also could be part of the long wait times. I have played some 2s games with a buddy and we're finding matches quickly in 6s. I'm in Texas, he's in PA. That gives me an average ping of 60. So, we're not exactly close to each other. Are you playing on a wireless connection?
WoC is always a big focus since it's one of the most popular modes. This year, offline got more attention than anything else. HUT isn't the sole focus. Previously, we put a lot of work into Franchise. WoC has had many updates in the last 10 years so I can't agree with your comment about it never being touched.
As far as the connection problem you're talking about not getting fixed, connections are always tricky. They're heavily dependent on the users equipment and ISP. I've invested quite a bit into my equipment and it's extremely rare I have lag or disconnects. We can tell when there's a problem with the servers and are normally quick to get those resolved. At the moment, we're not aware of anything on our end that would cause what you're experiencing, but as always, we monitor for any issues.

We had the same menu and ui for over 3 years
Again my problem isn’t having the same menu every year
Nhl 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 practically had the same menu but was never laggy like this to a point that I need to close application
You’re right, I agree that WoC is getting touched but what im talking about is the menu UI that’s not being touched and im not expecting anything new and i dont want anything new
All I want is to play Hockey
And I’ve been struggling to play Nhl since Nhl 24 as in Into getting into lobbies
Hockey is a Sport and Sports game are supposed to be played the same way every time Its supposed to be repetitive
I adapted to any types of engine when it comes to Nhl games Ive been playing the game long enough I can take whatever comes with the game.
Gameplay isn’t the issue
Im gonna say it again and you dont have to agree but matchmaking is bugged and The UI needs to be revamped
I have never experienced any internet connection with Hockey I even used to play on wireless and never had any issues either
If i have time to hop in later I’ll definitely try to send you something
I never was a fan of any UI in Eashl except for nhl 16,17,18 The UI was very clean and simple we had pre builds nobody was trying to overdo it I think it was very balanced
at the end of the day my only problem as of now which was the very first thing I mentioned was the matchmaking
I know for a fact that if this little option was to be removed my queuing would be much faster.
Also, off topic but would you guys ever be interested in adding a 3v3 online versus. Not the arcade one, actual online version and choose our teams. It would be really fun.

We'll keep an eye out for any issues with menus taking unusually long to load. We're not aware of any issues and I'm only seeing one other report of this. I would need to see what you're experiencing. We could then try some connection troubleshooting to see if that helps.
I'll pass on the feedback about a 3v3 Online Versus mode.
