Ones Matchmaking Issues

Question

Been playing since launch and haven't been able to get a single finals match - Is the mode seriously this dead already?
Today I wasn't able to even start the tournament a few times and then I was getting dressing room issues that resulted in permanent freezes.

Normally I wouldn't care much but it's super easy XP for leveling up my character and as a previous global champ it'd still be nice to remain somewhat competitive out there but I'd need full tourney win points to do so

Hello. I'll relay this to the team. This is the first I'm hearing of not being able to get into a finals match. What dressing room issues are you experiencing?

After a few retries (searches max out at 2 minutes and 2 seconds), there are times I can hear about 1 second of audio from potential opponents, then there will be a moment of silence with a studder/freeze, and then an error screen will pop up.
After this things will go back to normal or have a chance to force a restart of the app.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Restarting the game, restarting the router, exiting WOC, swapping out builds and I've hard booted my PS5 as well. I've redownloaded the game and tried at different times of the day, weekdays and on weekends but no noticeable changes so far.
