Online Versus team selection bug

I pick my team. Play a game. At the end of the game. It goes back to the lobby to pick my team. It switches me to my opponent's team. It's annoying and has been happening for 2 years now. My time is ...

It happens when your opponent gets home ice. Then your team becomes the previous games home team. Another silly bug in a game mode that probably doesn't get a look during development even though it's the purest form of competition in the game. Not that it really needs a good look, but this is just a quality issue that's certainly annoying.
