How much does Tape to Tape actually improve pass accuracy? Does Send It have the same effect?
Does a Send It pass stack onto a player with Wheels?
Most xfactors stack, just some stack better than others. We've been told in the past they don't want to give specifics since it could cause people to exploit them (ie min/max and create a meta, heaven forbid). I honestly think a good 80% of even the devs are in the dark about the real numbers.
I've been harping on them to give us better descriptions and stuff and we finally got a fresh list in the beginning of the year but in typical fashion, it basically just said "A higher passing stat allows for better passes" lol.
