Penalty Kill Faceoff Bug in Franchise Mode (No Player Taking the Draw)

I think you have to change your face off formation to fix that It happened to me and then I got it fixed and it never happened again I was changing things in the penalty kill and you can change which way you line up and there's a certain one of them if you pick it there's no one to take the face off I would check like your how your your formations penalty kill formations and see if that don't fix it
