Whats The Point Of Report System?

Please report again, make sure the reason for reporting is obvious (racism etc.) so hopefully action will be taken.

I have done this numerous times unfortunately. This involves names of inappropriate behaviour against minors so have I reported them for that too. They make different Xbox and PSN accounts and change their clubs since all of them have public clubs they just switch to. These players are representing their hockey club and I’m pretty sure this goes against their code of conduct and professionalism whether on or off ice. 

my club has done this every time we've ever seen it over years of reporting and none of us have ever gotten a notice that it was successful. maybe we don't get notices if it's successful, however, we DO get notices when No Action Was Taken.

And brother... that's all we've ever seen.

so, from the community to the community manager: It Sucks. it makes it feel like EA doesn't really listen. and while that might not be true, it's important that EA understands the Perception of EA, from the community's point of view.

You guys are secretly refusing to do your jobs. I played a top 100 player in hut who started spamming me with notis when he was losimg and all his friends started too, that absolutely violated EA's positive play charter and user agreement yet yall dont care? The developers are friends and collude with these individuals. Their report system is trash and has no realistic options to choose from which is intentionally designed. 

So it’s been 4 days since I reported these people and now they have more Smurf accounts with multiple clubs doing the same illegal stuff… EA won’t do anything about them so now I have RCMP involved… since it exploits minors and includes racial slurs I’m guessing EA NHL thinks it’s okay? Unreal! 

Hello, everyone. I'm now locking this thread as comments are breaking the rules. I understand some reports are rejected. We of course hate seeing so many offensive names in the game and want to get them actioned. What I would advise is getting screenshots of the players you're reporting and sending those in a private message to myself. I will get them over to the team so they can be investigated. Thanks!
