Problems

Question

It is understandable that from time to time, this game will experience glitches and problems. What isnt understandable is the lack of attention to these. The forum is a venue to express these problems, and should be a pathway for EA to both recognize and correct the issues. Unfortunately, this is not happening. (No blame on the moderators). Perhaps its time for EA to start paying attention to the feedback they get, and paying attention to this forum. After all, its the gamers that make this game viable. Lose them, and lose the franchise.

I think its only a matter of time before this game dies out completely. EA has made it very clear that our opinions are worthless. They don't make game for us, they make it for themselves.

EA has a very small team working on this game.
My guess is that NHL player numbers have fallen sharply every year, so there is no money for skilled developers.

It's clear that they don't know how to fix this game. Example penalties are such an important part of ice hockey that if they knew how to fix them, they would have done it already. This game is a big mess and too much problems. Usually, when EA try to fix something, something else breaks so its like a endless road.
