Purchasing packs with points

Has anyone had an issue purchasing packs with points?  I only have the option for purchasing with coins. But I have points I bought.

Hey!

no I cant see any packs that can be purchased with points. Please find here a photo of my store

Hello. It looks like that image didn't get attached. 

Have you exited out of HUT and loaded back into it to see if the store loads normally?

    hey,

     

    I have exited HUT many times, closed the game and restarted it. Even deleted the game and reinstalled it but nothing helps.
