If you have the gamers name that is trolling. You can go to the EA web site to file a complaint. Now whether anything comes of it. Only EA knows. But I do agree with you. This is problem that EA has neither addressed, nor created a safeguard for this sort of action. Locking out the trolling parties can be done, if this franchise would take the effort to do it.

No, nothing comes from it. AZ has been trolling drop-ins and Clubs for like 10 years and he’s still ruining games to this day. Why do they make it unbelievably difficult to report a player? Can you name a game released after 2018 that you have to go to a website to report a player?EA_AljoEA_Barry just name one game please!
Is EA that lazy that they can’t add an in-game report button? You know, considering they added drop-in fills for club queue, and give those drop-in players the ability to pull your goalie whenever they want, the ability to use your teams time out… it’s like they actively avoid common sense when making this game. My god, I hate this franchise.
