EA adopt the code of ethics you have here in the forum. And apply it to your game. Its understandable you can't monitor verbal abuse between players since the scope is too great. But text abuse you can. Identify the culprits and issue bans or suspensions. Show you still have some care about this game and......DO SOMETHING!
