Roster Sharing Issue

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I am downloading community files that are said to have tons of created players but when I go into the Create a Player -- nothing is there. Is this intentional? Am I missing something new?

    Yep seems to be any roster over 10 players created isn't loading correctly
