ROSTER SHARING NOT WORKING***

I have tried everything I could to download shared custom rosters and none of the created players are showing under the "created players list" as well as created teams.. I don't know what to do at this point and extremely frustrated as I've spent $130 on this product that isn't working.

I've tried reapplying EA's online roster than reapplying custom shared roster and it's still not working

Same for me, it seems to me that some rosters are bugged. Probably all the ones that were uploaded on September 5th. It might be necessary for the creators of those rosters to reupload them again.
