Roster Update

When will we get the full roster update? I know we just got the opening night rosters plus the rookies added but they didn’t touch the AHL or ECHL and that league has loads of new rookies from college and simply most of the junior guys coming over. Kind of stupid this isn’t all done at the same time. Also when will guys like Carter Hart be added back to FA?
