Speed

Are these ratings just randomly tossed out. For example. Marners TOTW 85 rated card has his speed at 90. While his ODR 88 rated card has his speed at 90 as well. Numerous times there have been speed ratings increased, as the player cards rating increases. So whats this weird formula that EA is supposedly generating? It also affects the choice of card regarding salary. If you are building your team on speed. Then keeping the 85 card saves you 3mil in cap space. Truly i wish they had thought these concepts out much more thouroughly, before putting them out.
