Weird X-factor combinations

Is there a reason why the x-factor packages in BAP are so unbalanced? Snipers can do it all, but Playmaker or TWF don’t even have all the «playmaking» or defensive X-factors.

So I guess there will be no more gameplay patches now and therefore this is the finished product, they now will start after Christmas seeing how they can make the game worse !!
