Exactly like I said EA_Aljo would say longer wait times.. let's be honest here .. this issue has never been passed on to ea .. its been mentioned multiple times .. with only a reply longer wait times to find game as I mentioned he would in a previous reply above in this thread.
Community ManagerIt has absolutely been passed on. While there are some of you that don't mind longer wait times to get a team more around your skill level, that doesn't mean the entire community wants this. We'll have to wait and see if changes are made.
EA_Aljo .. Why would they streamers and other player who make money off EA to play would most definitely not want that .. but for the rest of the nhl community we sure do i speak for myself as well as everyone else on here and on the many platforms about the broken match making that has been forced on us players..

This really isn't accurate. While not every request from the community gets actioned, player feedback is heavily used to make changes to the game.
The best I can tell you is that we're aware and I will relay that feedback again.
