WORLD OF CHEL FIX

Id add there is definitely code (this is not new) for an offensive player cherry picking picking up a puck without looking at the play (hes skating towards the opposing goal and gets a pass while looking away from the passer and picks up the pass no problems) while the defending player in the same position between the passer and the player always just lets the puck go by without attempting to pick it up. 

This promotes cherry picking for breakaway and forces the defense to have to play outside the zone a lot to prevent that play because the system doesnt allow the defenseman to pickup the puck if hes right behind the player trying to cherry pick.
