Bug: CPU Team Doesn’t Change After Penalty Until Stoppage

As the title says, since the latest patch release, I noticed that whenever my CPU opponent takes and kills off a penalty, the players stay on the ice until their is a stoppage in play.  In once instance I had players stay on for 10 minutes of game time, even after several clears and dumps into their offensive zone.
