Perk-Glitch in Be a Pro Should make this game Refundeble

After spending lots of hours playing Be A Pro during one season I get to off season. I have turned my perks of auto renewal.

I come to a point where it is time to renew my perks. I then see a have went from having about one million to only 30 000k. Fine. I start turn perks off. 

But two of them I 365 days perks. And I cannot turn them off which means I cannot progress from the perk renewal screen. 

So the games tells me to turn perks off but I can’t do it. So I’m stuck. I have to start over. Which I won’t. I have invested time in this. 

Is there a work around. This should be a factor for refund on the game. It is unplayable.

    Same issue here. There are so many things in this game mode that clearly weren’t thought through. I had finally built up my be a pro player, signed a $12M contract, and then lost all my money in the off-season. On top of that, some of the perks are locked in and can’t even be turned off… There really needs to be an option to let our agent handle finances automatically — or at the very least, a way to disable the 365-day perks. Like I’m not here calculating every perk I’m purchasing with a calculator while playing this game

    I’m amazed that this hasn’t been fixed since all players playing Be a pro probably have the same issue. Or are we alone using perks. Just like you say how many players calculate every perk on a yearly basis. Maybe they all just leave the yearly ones… I like the game play but this is just too much.

    EA_Aljo​ I have the same problem on my xbox account. are you guys able to fix this on an individual account or something? i have put so much time into this be a pro career, and it is very frustrating that I literally cannot play on it anymore.

    Hello. I'm sorry to say, this is not something we can fix on an individual account. We're going to have to wait for a proper fix to be released.

    Same issue here. You guys should start giving refunds this game is trash
