Can’t join a game in world of chel

I was in world of chel trying to play threes eliminator but I wouldn’t even let me select my position and then I tried going to ones and it won’t even let me ready up very confused on why tried restarting my game and console multiple times

    Hi there. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router
    2. Hold in the power button on your console until it turns off
    3. Wait 2 minutes and plug in the modem/router. Turn on your console
    4. Try again
