Can not connect to online play

I get the error message “sign in required” “in order to connect to ea servers and access this game mode your account for PlayStation network must be signed in. The needs to be done with all the active profiles.”

Everywhere I look shows I’m signed in. My PlayStation network name is at the top right and in the online versus box when I click it. All other online games work on my PlayStation. I just bought nhl26 recently if that helps. Any suggestions? My ea account is linked to my PlayStation network account. Help! Thanks.
