Crash during hut game
The game crashed when I wanted to call timeout. Something went wrong with this game was the error message. I sent a report. I do not understand, why it counted as a loss if it was not my fault. There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week l11KViews10likes24CommentsWOC - Teammates frozen and then booted
While playing WOC, an opponent quit and it sent me to the purple “syncing” screen. When the game resumed, both of my teammates were stuck in a black scree while the game resumed for me and the two opponents. My teammates were ultimately kicked for inactivity, and I lost over 600 points due to EAs glitch. Hoping a CM or someone from the community team can help escalate this — I've burned through every troubleshooting step I can find and I'm out of options on my end. Setup: Platform: PlayStation 5 Games affected: Madden NFL 26 and NHL 26 (both fail identically) PS Plus: active Connection: Wi-Fi, working normally for everything else Symptoms: Both Madden 26 and NHL 26 fail to connect to EA servers. The games launch fine and work in offline modes, but anything that requires EA server connection fails. PSN itself is working — every other app, game, and online service on my PS5 connects without issue. The problem is isolated to EA's services on these two titles. What I've already tried: Full power cycle of PS5 (held power button until it shut down completely, unplugged 60+ seconds) Full power cycle of router (unplugged 60+ seconds, waited for full reboot) Manual DNS change on PS5 to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 Verified EA server status page — both titles show green Verified at ea.com → Account Settings → Connections that my PSN ID is correctly linked to my EA account Game restarts, console restarts, multiple attempts across the day Attempted to reach a live advisor via help.ea.com — NextStep bot loops without exposing a contact option for this topic What I need: A backend account check, or confirmation that something's flagged on EA's side affecting my account specifically. I am currently in my second season of be a pro and since my very first game, every time I receive a challenge to move up from the second to the first line, I instead am only allowed to pick one option instead of the normal humble influential and superstar options I’m stuck with just saying goodbye instead. This makes so when I look down at challenge tab the move up to the next line challenge is nowhere to be seen. This bug isn’t an issue with other challenges though for example the endorsement and make the playoffs challenges work just fine it’s just move up lines challenges that don’t work. In club finals game 4, [REMOVED] . Froze the game with 32 seconds left, and then sat and waiting with just two players. Then messaged me and the other members and invited me to a PlayStation group chat and talked like crazy things trolling us. Not fair , up 2-1 in the final series and if I quit it’s 2-2 or up 3-1 after leading this game up 5-1 .
