Worst EANHL game in 10 years and it’s not close
Accountability needs to be taken. This is ridiculous. This is not hockey, this is bumper cars simulator. Everyone who had a hand in green lighting this game should be unemployable. What a terrible excuse of a product that was falsely advertised, had mods avoiding very important community questions during the pre-order phase, and a career mode that went completely unchanged for 5 releases. Banning me won’t change reality, which is that this has gone from an objectively terrible product to a blatant cash grab, and I’ll make sure as many people know as possible.Keep getting disconnected while leading and losing 10+ rank points.
Hi EA Team! 🏒 Hope all is well with you. I keep losing connection every now and then mid-game, making me loose a bunch of points and competitive rank in online versus. Happens most of the time when I am leading the game as well which is really frustrating and takes away the fun of the game and hard work I've put in. I have a 296-48-5 record and I am pretty sure about 25-30 of all those losses are connection related, the other losses I admit are without a doubt me getting my **bleep** kicked.. 😅 I feel like it is unfair to be punished and lose 10-13 rank points when being disconnected especially in the lead of a game. Can you please consider this? My internet is stable, I even switched Wi-Fi provider with an even faster speed of 1000/1000 a few weeks ago but still have the same problem. Never ever has one of my opponents lost connection while they are in the lead, but it happens to me too often. I am on XBOX Series S. I had the same issues in NHL 25 & 24. Please see attached screenshots that shows internet connection is stable and ping low, but still losing connection with that. Is there anything I can do? Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. On Saturday, I tried to play hockey and I was disconnected seven times, I am wired, I rebuilt my database, I’ve cleared my cachet, and still was disconnected… I’m not played in a couple days, figured it would be better, but today now this morning, I disconnected from the game three times with retrieval code errors. However, I’m still on PlayStation network, and my kids are still playing their stuff with no interruptions, so it’s not I know it’s not my Internet connection nor is it PlayStation network. The code error that I received B4184EE146841884–000000000009999–2478C56F628FF337 I did this when I called these numbers but the zeros maybe a few or less zeros Is there something going on with the retrieval data? I’m able to play every other game online without disconnecting or any other error codes whatsoever. As soon as I play NHL, I can get on for about 10 minutes each time and then disconnect….. I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned. The Issue: In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection. Occasionally run into an issue where my game won’t connect to the servers. In 25, I would usually resolve it by signing back into my EA account again, and go back into HUT. There doesn’t seem to be that option this year, and having to either reboot the console (or load 25 while I still have GamePass) isn’t a great option either. I am pissed. I can’t play more than one period of a game without it crashing and every player is just stuck on the ice and then the game ends after someone quits. I would like to play my game and I **bleep** can’t. Seems to be an issue in world of CHEL clubs 3V3 and 6V6. I didn’t have this issue with the game three weeks ago and all of a sudden it happens after every game. I literally cannot play a single game.
