HUT slow and won’t update
This started about a week or two ago. Sometimes it will let me in and other times just spinning wheel. I have done all the things. Deleted the game, shut down PS5, reconnected internet, deleted saved files, etc. this is my only game that seems to have an issue with the internet connection. and if I do get in to hut it moves super slow.Forced to quit HUT Cup Chase due to players not moving
Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. Tried to load into 4 games, in 2 of them im ready to advance once a team is found, and then it says other players advanced without me and leaves me ready by myself while other teammates advance and play the game. Very glitchy. Additionally, when you finally get in, you loose connection or it crashes and boots you to the main menu. Even tho my wifi connection is perfectly fine, then again played my forth game, played maybe 40 seconds and then everyone lost connection. And so waited like 20 mins from restarting my game, loading into new rounds, joining my friends lobby, and its just waste of time. EA is greedy, and have the worst connection and bugs, I have seen in a while. Please address this or lmk if you have the same issues. Ongoing Disconnections from EA Network – NHL 26 on PS5 Hello EA Support, I’m reaching out because I’m beyond frustrated with an ongoing issue while playing NHL 26 on PS5. Almost every time I play, I get kicked from games due to a message saying I’ve been disconnected from the EA Network. The problem is, this is the only network I have issues with. My internet connection is stable, my PlayStation Network works perfectly, and I have no disconnect problems with any other online games. This issue is specific to EA servers, and it’s making the game borderline unplayable. I’ve spent good money on this game and expect to be able to play full online matches without constant disconnects—especially when the fault clearly isn’t on my end. At this point, I’m losing progress, wasting time, and getting penalized for something I have no control over. This has been an ongoing issue for years now. The menus don’t move smoothly, are buggy and cause error screens, and are way too over the top with graphics nobody actually cares about. Menus should be smooth, quick, and flashy. Instead, we’re treated to unwanted graphics, a beloved shootout mode buried in the back of the menu, and laggy messes that give you a bad impression about the game. Hi , not sure what happened yesterday while I was playing on my hut team at a friend's home but when I came back home... I've ask for a verification code from Ea. I have 2fa set up on my account and have access to the email they are saying the code to be sent but haven't received it. When im logging on ea website account management , im getting the code on my phone and its working pretty well... why do I cant chose this option when asked in NHL26 ?? Cant get in touch with ea support anywhere ... not sure what I can do but dissociate my PSN and associate it again but Im pretty sure I'll lose everything right ?
