Eashl Club Ping

Playing in Alberta and usually connect to the northwest servers for our 6v6 club games. Normally I'd get 28ms ping, however over the past 3 nights that server has given me 70+ ms ping, and two other ...

Hey, everyone. We looked into this and noticed that pings did go up, but they have come back down. If any of you are still experiencing this, let me know what your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID is and the day/time it last happened.

I am still experiencing this as of right now. Xbox: GreekFreak2001 and tested at 12:08PM MST today and got matched to the wrong server again. Seem like players in Alberta are being defaulted into the wrong server still

    Thanks. I've passed this on. What ping are you seeing? Also, can you give me the following?

    • Where is the room Leader playing from?
    • What is the preferred server selected?
    • What mode are you playing?

      I am seeing ~42 ping, when I have always been in the 25-29 range previously. I am playing HUT wildcard to test so I cannot select the preferred server, but tried with max ping set to both <20 and <30 and same results. I am also finding games at about the same rate as before, and within the same amount of time so I don't believe it is due to a lack of players on the west coast. I have not played a game on the west server with my ideal ping in about 4 days which is when I first noticed this issue. Playing in Edmonton

      Higher ping for Alberta players on NANW servers. I live in Edmonton.
      I usually get 25ms and I’m running at 70ms. 
      tested this through west league and pin games with all west players.

      please fix. 

      all other servers seem to be working fine. Just NANW is messed up

        Are you the room leader? Which ISP are you on? Also, do you have preferred server selected?
