Edit Lines and playbooks

Hi, please fix this bug, I have a video attachment showing what is the problem, I’ve also emailed EA Sports help centre with the video.

when I select edit lines and playbooks, my screen just ends up freezing.

    Hi there. Just to be clear, no matter how long you wait, you're stuck on this screen? Does it happen if you create a different Franchise Mode career?

    No matter how long I wait I’m still stuck in the freeze, but why would I want to reset my progression in franchise mode?

    I'm trying to narrow down if this is an issue with the save file or not. Can you try creating a new Franchise Mode to see if the same issue happens there?

    Thank you. Are you using a custom roster by chance? Also, try clearing the cache of your PS5 and rebuilding the database with the instructions here.
