Have you tried a factory reset of your console yet?

I tried everything. Stiller dosant Work. I can sometimes play a few gane without it crashing but it still does very often 

That's unfortunate to hear, but totally understandable. Hopefully, you can get your console issue handled at some point and try out the game again.

Yes - I've done it twice. I got a new game for the holidays and had the same issues. So I believe you are correct that it is hardware. I've also started noticing a slight flicker on the screen so I am assuming it is the GPU.  Sony wants almost $300 to just look at the device, so looks like im returning my nhl26 and my new game since my console no longer works.

I contacted them. Told me I'd have to take it somewhere to get looked at. But of course there is no warranty 

An external hard drive might help. That error is coming from the system and not the game. You could try contacting Sony support to see if they have any other advice.

Guy at GameStop told me for my ps5 buying a ssd drive might help, those are $100+.  It sucks cuz I have sunk a lot of money into this game preordering the deluxe edition and all the packs in hut just to not even be able to play a single game for a week straight now. EA_Aljo​  what do ya do man?

 I have the disk and still have the same issue. Save your money. 

I have done every trouble shooting step there is.  Restored license, cleared cache and rebuilt database in safe mode, uninstalled and reinstalled game, factory reset console, made sure hdmi stuff was off in settings, turned on and off crossplay.. NOTHING works.  Game keeps freezing.  I bought the digital copy.  I’m thinking about buying the disc version just incase it’s still a license issue.
