Franchise mode
So every time I play franchise mode im having salary cap problems so when its a free agents and say i have 10 million in cap it will only let me offer 5 million and say I sign a player for 3 million ...

Community ManagerAre you signing the contract extension in the view contracts screen? That will count towards next year's cap.
Something else that can cause this is having buyouts or retained salary for the current year cap.
