Re: Forced to quit HUT Cup Chase due to players not moving

While playing Cup Chase my game froze between the 2nd and 3rd period. With the screen stuck with the players on the ice, it sat that way for over 10 mins till I finally had to close out the game. This isn't the first time or last time this will happen. What makes it worst is that the game count this as a lost because you have to exit the game. I have video proof it wasn't a player error and more it on Ea. Can someone one please help with this bug and fix my record and give me my progression rewards.
